Shipping policy
- Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after the order is placed. However during the months of November - January it is the busy season so please be patient as it may take longer.
- Shipping Time:
- Our standard shipping option typically takes 10-14 business days for delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance procedures and shipping container delays.
- Shipping Methods:
- We primarily use standard shipping methods to deliver orders.
- Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your package. If your order has multiple items they will not all be in the same package. The items in your order will be in separate packages. Because of this we will provide tracking numbers for every item in your order.
- international Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery Delays:
- While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.
- Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order. If your package is lost we are not responsible for any lost packages as the shipping carrier is full responsibility for that.
- Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
- Order Changes/Cancellations:
- Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
